Job Title : Senior Sales Manager (Gujarat & Rajasthan)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the Gujarat and Rajasthan regions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the Home Appliances industry, with at least 10-15 years of relevant experience. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing sales team, and driving business growth in the assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets in the Home Appliances market.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends, and identify new business opportunities.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and achieving sales targets.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Business Development:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Expand the customer base by identifying and targeting new markets and customer segments.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable growth and customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data to inform product development and sales
    strategies.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies to maintain and enhance long-term customer relationships.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the sales budget for the region, ensuring cost-effective operations and achievement of financial targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in sales, in the Small Appliances industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the Gujarat and Rajasthan markets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region as required.

Job Title : Assistant Manager - Product Research & Development (Kitchen Appliances)

Role Overview:
As part of our growing Product Development & R&D team, you’ll work closely with the PD Manager to design, develop & refine our product range. Your focus: innovation, quality, cost-effectiveness & speed-to-market.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support new product development: from ideation to prototyping & launch
  • Modify & upgrade existing products to meet evolving market needs
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, BOMs & product documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors, tooling & production teams to ensure feasibility & manufacturing ability.
  • Conduct competitor product benchmarking & cost analysis
  • Perform reliability, safety & functional testing with QC/QA teams
  • Ensure compliance with ISI / BIS / relevant safety standards
  • Suggest design improvements based on customer feedback & market trends
  • Track project timelines, report progress to PD Manager
  • Market Visit (PAN India) – Compile data on latest trends & competitors study with insights
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Product Design / Industrial Design or similar
  • 10+ years’ experience in Product Development / R&D in Small kitchen appliances (e.g. mixer grinders,
  • juicers, blenders, induction, etc.)
  • Open to Travel PAN India & Abroad (Valid Passport)
Understanding of:
  • Design for Manufacturing (DFM)
  • Plastic & sheet metal parts
  • Cost optimization & vendor development
  • Knowledge of compliance & certification processes (ISI/BIS)
  • Strong project follow-up & documentation skills
