Ingredients
2/3 cup butter
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour / maida
3/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp ardamom powder
Salt
Almonds finely chopped
Pistachios finely chopped
Raisins finely chopped
Method
Total Time: 1 Hour 15 Minutes | Preparation Time: 45 Minutes | Cooking Time: 30 Minutes | Difficulty: Medium
1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients to form a dough. (Do not add any water for the dough. Butter binds everything together.)
2. Cover it and keep it in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the BOSS Desire OTG to 300 degree F / 148 degree C.
4. Form small balls from the dough and place it in a baking tray.
5. Bake it for about 25 to 30 minutes or until it is crispy and done.
6. Allow it to cool down.
7. Serve with cup of coffee or tea and enjoy.
