Panipuri Khakhra

A perfect Indian nachos that can be enjoyed anytime to keep your taste buds happy. Enjoy the delicious taste of panipuri in khakhra form.

Ingredients

1 cup wheat flour
2 tbps besan gramflour
Handful of finely chopped methi leaves
Green chilli paste
Handful of coriander leaves
¼ tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp panipuri masala
2 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp chaat masala
Salt to taste
3 tbps oil

Method

Total Time: 45 Minutes | Preparation Time: 15 Minutes | Cooking Time: 30 Minutes | Difficulty: Easy

– Simply mix all the ingredients to make soft dough.
– Make small round ball and keep it aside.
– Put the dough ball inside Boss Crisp Roti Maker and press. Continue till it gets golden brown and crisper.
– Continue same process for all.
– Store it in an air tight container and eat as and when needed.
