1 cup sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
4 tbsp besan (bengal gram flour)
1 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
2 chopped green chillies
1/2 tbsp chilli powder
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp Oil
Turmeric powder (haldi)
¼ tbsp Asafoetida (Hing)
Salt to taste

– Grind corn kernels with water into fine paste in BOSS All Time Mixer Grinder and then collect it in a bowl.
– Add gram flour, dry fenugreek leaves, green chillies, asafoetida, turmeric, red chilli powder, baking soda and salt (if required) and make thick and pouring consistency batter.
– Ready your pan and grease the surface with very little oil, make a round size patty dip it in the batter and place it on the pan. Keep checking to make sure the golden brown color is achieved. Repeat to make the rest of the pakoda’s.
– Serve with ketchup.
