Ingredients

For Hara Chutney
2 chopped green chillies
salt to taste
2 tbsp curd (dahi)
For Hara Chutney
Chopped coriander
Grated coconut
¾ tbsp sugar
Lemon juice

Other ingredient
20 piece of Paneer
¾ cup boiled corn
Sugar & salt to taste
Finely chopped coriander
Milk
3 tbsp oil

For Chutney
– Mix all the ingredients and blend it in a Boss All Time Mixer Grinder to make smooth paste.
– Transfer in a bowl, add curd and mix well.

– Cut paneer into equal small pieces.
– Combine the paneer with 5 tbsp of hara chutney in a bowl, toss gently and keep aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
– Take corn, sugar, salt and the remaining 2 tbsp of the hara chutney & blend in Boss All Time Mixer Grinder to make paste.
– Add curl into the paste, mix well and transfer it in a bowl.
– Heat 2 tbsp of oil in non-stick pan; add corn mixture and sauté on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
– Place paneer on dry flat surface and spread the filling evenly over it.
– Sandwich it using another piece of paneer and press gently.
– Repeat the process to make more stuffed paneer pieces.
– Heat the oil in a non-stick tava and cook the stuffed paneer till they turn golden brown on both the sides.
– Serve hot.
