Cancellation Policy :
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us 24 hours of placing an order.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
- Refused deliveries may incur deduction of delivery charges.

Return Policy :
Returns are accepted only if:
- The complaint is raised within 7 days.
- The item is found defective, damaged, or incorrect along with product opening video.
- Returns for personal preferences (like design or color) are not allowed.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged plastic parts.
- Items damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repair.
- Products bought under clearance sale or exhibition offers.
Refund Policy
Our goal is that our customer be fully satisfied with the products and service that we offer. We ask that customers check all of the features and specifications of the products they are ordering before ordering.
- All sales are final. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
- Items may be exchanged only if a manufacturing defect is found.
- We will not take back any unit(s) once they have been used, replaced by another product, opened, and/or taken out of the box without proof of product opening video/photos on receiving the product.
- Please make sure you are ordering the correct item before placing your order.

- There will be a fee on returned items i.e. the shipping cost we incurred to ship it to you and to get the item back to us.
- All Products come with a manufacturer warranty provided that you use it for the purpose set forth by the manufacturer. The manufacture will be responsible for all repairs associated with the product. We do not accept returns on parts, accessories.
Refunds are processed if:
- Product is out of stock or not delivered.
- The order is cancelled before dispatch & only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.
- A returned product passes inspection or cannot be replaced.
Refund timelines:
- 7–10 working days from approval.
- Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
- COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer after details are confirmed.
Replacement Policy :
We offer free replacement if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect along with product opening video.
- A replacement request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused and in original packaging, along with the invoice.
Technician visit may be arranged to inspect and confirm the issue. If the same product is unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative or issue a refund.
Note : Plastic parts and damages due to misuse or commercial use are not covered.
Damages :
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non durable items like mixer grinder, Blender etc, please report the same to our Customer Service Email ID – customercare@bossindia.com. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 working days once the product is received with proof of product opening video/photos.
- If the unit was accepted and signed for and it turns out there were concealed damages, we will do everything in our power to repair the unit (if it is possible), or, if the service technician cannot repair the unit, we will send you a new one in a timely fashion.
- All returns must be unused in the original manufacturer’s box. If the box was discarded, we will not take back the merchandise.
Warranty & Assistance
If there’s any issue after the return period, it will be handled as per the warranty. Please keep your invoice and packaging safe.
