You are going to dip everything into this super-delicious sweet and tangy Khajur Imli chutney. This highly addictive chutney can be serve with paratha, samosas or mixed in bhel.
- 1 cup dates
- 2 tbsp tamarind (Imli)
- 1/2 cup jaggery
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- Pinch of asafetida (hing)
- Salt to taste

- Wash dates and tamarind.
- Combine the dates, tamarind and the remaining ingredients and 1 1/2 cup of water in a saucepan and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Cool slightly and blend in a BOSS Excel Dx Mixer Grinder to make smooth paste and strain the mixture using a sieve.
- Your chutney is ready. Use it as required.
